Borders was created in 2007 and has quickly become recognised as an industry leader in marketing and with a commission structure that comes in well below others. Since opening their doors the brand has helped thousands of Kiwis in and out of homes and continues to be the increasing choice for buyers and sellers.

Borders Real Estate Directors Alison & Carl have a combined 40+ years experience in the Real Estate industry working for a number of traditional Real Estate companies and have consistently been top performers. Their love and passion for the industry is undeniable however they believed the systems in place all seemed to exist for the agency and clients simply were not paying a fair commission to sell their property. This all changed in 2007 when Borders opened their doors as they are doing nothing different from the traditional agencies except offering a super low 2.5% selling fee.
